Planning Your ProjectProduction times are estimates. Species, project complexity, treatment requirements, permit processing and current workload can affect timing.

  1. Collection & Documentation

    Trophy collection, tagging, documentation, client contact and quotation. Client instructions and project details are confirmed at this stage.

  2. Initial Preparation

    Initial skin and skull preparation, carried out with care and the documentation and quality checks appropriate to the service.

  3. Inspection & Shaping

    Skin inspection, repairs and manikin preparation establish the foundation for fitting and mounting.

  4. Fitting & Mounting

    Fitting and mounting bring the presentation together, with progress photographs provided where appropriate.

  5. Drying & Finishing

    Drying, cleaning, painting and finishing, with attention to the details of the completed presentation.

  6. Inspection & Approval

    Detailed inspection of the finished work, followed by client approval before the project moves to its final stage.

  7. Settlement, Crating & Release

    Balance settlement, crating and preparation for export complete the mounting process.Client action: settle the outstanding balance before release.
