  1. Collection & Identification

    Collection, identification, documentation and quotation. Client instructions and project details are confirmed at this stage.

  2. Inspection & Cleaning

    Inspection and removal of remaining tissue where required.

  3. Disinfecting Treatment

    Treatment with suitable disinfecting products.

  4. Drying & Stabilisation

    Drying and stabilisation as part of the preparation process.

  5. Skulls & Horns

    Cleaning and preparation of skulls and horns.

  6. Permit Coordination

    Permit coordination with the relevant specialists.

  7. Protective Crating

    Protective packing in custom crates.

  8. Shipping Handover
